About Emily & Andrew

Short version:

Emily and Andrew met on March 11, 2012 in Shanghai at a brunch notable for its above-average Eggs Benedict. After a number of dates characterized by excellent conversation and terrible weather,  they decided they rather liked each other. Andrew tested Emily’s resolve with an elaborate ruse involving more than a year of medical misadventures, but she saw through his cunning subterfuge. Andrew meant to propose to Emily on October 11, 2013, but, with ring in hand, forgot to actually ask a question until Emily prompted him.
